It is primarily used to promote healthy digestion and joint function. Turmeric also contains strong antioxidants that aid the liver in its natural detoxification process.1
Place one (1) tea bag in a cup and add 8oz boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
